“You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich...strengthen the weak by weakening the strong...bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift...lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down...build character and courage by taking away people’s initiative and independence...help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves." -Abraham Lincoln

Monday Market with Old Farmhouse Gathering

Welcome to the first Monday in May, time to plant flowers, garden, graduation party's, and of course Mother's Day.  To get you get ready for all the wonderful times we have in May please come and visit the three shops I have found for you today.  The first shop is Adorable Country Classics, where Jody hand paints on frames, glass, and wood.  The next shop belongs to Ashley, where you will find many key fob wristlets.  Her shop is called Ashley's Trinkets.  The last shop is Fanciful Stitches, where Marilyn makes fine pincushions.  They go far above the tomato pincushion you are using.  All three shops offer wonderful items for Mother's Day or any of the gifts you will need this month or next.  After your visit please type OFG team into the search bar and you will find more items from the talented artist at the Old Farmhouse Group.  Get your gift giving list ready, and buy some handmade items, and support your local artist this year.  See you next Monday!
