Hello friends! I so happy to tell you that my baskets can be found at Pioneer Loft in downtown Millersburg, Ohio. Denise the proud owner has let me bring in some of my baskets. The building she owns was build in 1873, and the other building in this town also have some very old dates. Stop for a minute and look at the roof lines in this charming town. The history these building have seen is amazing. When they where build everyone used horse and buggy, and today many still do. This town and the towns around Millersbury are home to the Amish community in Ohio. Denise has her shop filled with antiques and handmade items. The handmade items must be made in the USA and by your hands, not someone else overseas. The front of the building is filled, and the back section of the store getting ready for more items. Come spend the day with fun shopping, great places to eat, and bed and breakfast if your day last to long. This is a very family friendly area to go too!

Welcome friends. I have found two more wonderful shops from the Dirt Road Team for you to visit on this cold February day. Nothing like shopping with your warm slippers on and something warm to drink. The first shop is EcoCessory. Having a child allergic to petroleum and petroleum by products she had to find many things that her child could live with. So this knitter has in her shop filled with scarfs from plain to ruffles. Working with yarns made from plant fibers like cotton, soy and bamboo, these totally organic yarns are then made into wonderful items with many years of life in them. Take a good look at the workmanship in her products and the care that goes into them. You will find more wonderful items in her other shop Log Cabin Creation. Next stop is over at First Fruits. Filled with flavored marshmallows, cookie, brown mix. The baked goods and marshmallows are only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so nothing is sitting in the Post Office over the weekend. You will also find jelly, jams and butter. You can pick the ones you would like with many combined package specials. Get some for yourself or to share with a friend. Now that you are hungry stop by and look at the natural hand warmers and fingerless gloves.
