Abe Lincoln

“You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich...strengthen the weak by weakening the strong...bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift...lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down...build character and courage by taking away people’s initiative and independence...help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves." -Abraham Lincoln

Monday Merchant Circle with The Barn Hollow

Welcome to the first Monday in March, and spring will be here soon.  For those who have been in the wild weather of last week, prayers going out to you.  The loss of life and homes is unbelievable.  Please take some time on this wonderful Monday to visit with Kim from The Barn Hollow.  Kim named her shop after her love of old barns, their history and the great treasury they store.  Kim's never leaves home with out her sketch book and gets ideas from  antiquing and driving down the interstate.  She even designs quilt blocks and makes e-patterns.  You will find some wonderful prim, country and folk art goodies in her shop.  Working mostly with fabric, she makes angels, Christmas stocking, Raggedy dolls, bunnies and more.  You will enjoy your visit with Kim and her shop on Etsy.  Stop over at her blog when you are done  http://thebarnhollow.blogspot.com/
