Welcome to the first Monday in April. Spring is here, flowers are blooming and the sun is out, what a great Monday it is. Before you run out to play outside, take a break and visit with Fran from Thebagglady76. Fran named her shop for the bag ladies she is fascinated with and the year she graduated high school. Fran lives just north of me in the great state of Michigan. Once you step into Fran's Etsy Shop you will find her love for fabric, both new and vintage.
