Abe Lincoln

“You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich...strengthen the weak by weakening the strong...bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift...lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down...build character and courage by taking away people’s initiative and independence...help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves." -Abraham Lincoln

Stop in for you Easter Dinner shopping.  Farm fresh eggs, bread, meat, vegetables, fruit, Easter Candy and more.  Shop local, get to know the farmers and vendors  while keep your money in the community.  Please stop by and say hi to the vendors I'm featuring this week.

Sweet Twist offers candy, and this week will have Easter Candy for your table and Easter Basket.  Kathy and Melissa offer chocolate covered pretzels, jumbo marshmallows dipped in chocolate.  I will be stopping by for some candy to decorated my Easter Dinner Table.  If you have a up coming wedding, or party talk to them about the favors they have.  Add some fun and good food to your party.

Down from them is Gold Wheat.  They offer wonderful fresh baked bread and sweet rolls.  My favorite is the coconut rolls.  Specializing in the lost art of French Baking, using much less sugar letting the natural ingredients of the baked good come out.  Here is the web site for more information http://mattknio.com/

The next vendor is Green Toe Gardens. They specialize in honey and bee candles.  This table smells so good.

With the weather warming up there will be vendors outside also for your enjoyment.  Remember you can have breakfast or lunch at the cafe.  Great way to spend your Saturdays with good food and friends.

See you tomorrow!

Happy Easter
