Abe Lincoln

“You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich...strengthen the weak by weakening the strong...bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift...lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down...build character and courage by taking away people’s initiative and independence...help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves." -Abraham Lincoln

Monday Market with Old Farmhouse Gathering

Welcome blog friends.  Today I have three more great shops for you to look at.  Please check out the wonderful talent in these shops.  The first shops belongs to Andrea from Crow's Nest - Country Primitive Shop.  You will find jar candles, tapers, tarts, soap, and bath salts.  Love the stressless bath salt, something we all could use.  The next shop is Privies and Prims, where Doreen makes primitive dolls, pillows, penny rugs, plus a lot more.  Check out the emergency toilet paper, perfect gift for that hard to buy for person on your list.  The last shop is Fanciful Stitches, where Marilyn makes pincushions, tags, and scissor fob.  Great way to mark you scissors for fabric only.  My family just grabs scissors, and they have no idea that once you cut paper, it is really hard to cut fabric again.  Then type in OFG team into the search bar for more amazing shops, and wonderful artist.
