Abe Lincoln

“You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich...strengthen the weak by weakening the strong...bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift...lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down...build character and courage by taking away people’s initiative and independence...help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves." -Abraham Lincoln

What is it Wednesday

This is juicer made by the O.P. Schriver Co., in Cincinnati, Ohio.  This is a number 2, and the other number listed is 207X.  This holds 1 1/2 gallons.  The O.P. Schriver Company was around between 1906 till about 1919, with 25 employees.  They made pumps and other hardware.  Hand crack to extract juice from fruit, like apples.  Does anyone now anything more about my juicer?  If so please fill me in!

Wow Rose that is really neat! I juice carrots a couple times a day and I am thankful that we've come a long way in juicing equipment. LOL! I would love to have one of those though!!
