National Day of Pray
Harry Truman signed a bill on April 17, 1952 for the nation to come together in a day of pray, the day would be picked by the President of the USA. Ronald Regan in 1988 changed it to the first Thursday in May. All religions are asked to come together and pray for our nation, and those in it. Pray that we are on the correct path of freedom.

Thank you for your post. It is the most important thing we could do today!
Thank for sharing this history with us. It is a day I hope most of will cherish and respect. Thanks again.
On this beautiful day I hope all will remember our military and pray for them as we also pray for all our friends and loved ones. Isn't it great to be free to pray as we want?
