This Saturday there will be a cooking demo with Door to Door Organic.  Plus George will be back Fixing and Sharpening cutlery and garden tools, it is never to early to get your tools in shape for the season.

Please stop by the three vendors I have this week and say HI and get to know them better. The first stop  is Springbrook Garden, located in Farmington and family owned since 1932.  Meet John and his wife Sue.  They have fresh fruit, potatoes, onions, apples, lettuce, flowers and more.  They are the only ones allowed to sell Benjamin Twiggs Jelly from Traverse City, Mi.  They get really fresh oranges from FL and they are so good.  Here is the web site so you can check them out for yourself http://www.springbrookgardensflorist.com/

Across the isle from them is Sandy from Emma's Sugar & Spice also from Farmington.  Sandy makes Mediterranean, Middle Easter Food, plus fresh Hummas.

Next to Sandy is Anna from Bon-A-Rose Foods.  She is the co-owner of this family run business.  They cook and bottle authentic Italian dressing and sauces.  Check out their web site for more information on where to find them and their product.  Also they have a 19th century banquet facility for your special parties.  While at the market take home dinner in a bag from them for some of their other goodies they have for sale.

I have two more wonderful shops from the Dirtroad Team for you to visit today.  All members on the team live in small towns, and are on this team to help and support each other.  If you live in a small town come check out this amazing team and the members.  We are open to all forms of art.

The first shop is from a small town in Michigan called Joyful Art Studio.  Joy works in mosaics, glass and jewelry.  Currently she has her shopped filled with wonderful jewelry pieces for you to check out.  My favorite piece is the copper brick pendent necklace, love the texture on the setting.  What will you find to become your favorite? You can also find Joy on ebay for more wonderful items for sale.







The next shop comes from Colorado. Natasha is the artist behind Greenhouse Glassworks. The name of her came to be from working at the back of a greenhouse. How cool is this work on your art and grow tomatoes and herb at the same time. What a lucky lady! This shops is filled with fused and stain glass. Natasha also makes some cute tags to add to your project or tie on a package or gift. If you need a larger piece you will find her at www.clglassworks.com. You will enjoy your visit to her shop also.

Monday Merchant with Yorkie Primitivies

Welcome to the Monday after the super bowl.  Are you into watching the game or the great commercials?  I like the commercials myself, although some make you wonder what they are selling.  Today I have a great shop from the PAFA Team for you to check out.  Val is the lady behind this cute shop on Etsy.  Named after her grandmother and the one who helped Val make her first apron for 4H.  Val has her shop filled with stitchery, hand painted wood, and dolls you will find something for each season.  Val also does custom work and will do combined shipping.  Send her a email or convo for what you are look for.  I love the Easter Basket with the eggs stitchery, what will you fall in love with?

Like always there are great vendor selling fresh food for you to take home, or stop by the cafe for some breakfast or lunch.

Here are some of the vendors you will find this Saturday and most Saturdays at the market.

Across from Mike is Debbie from Captain John Smokehouse.  Debbie comes to us from Bad Axe, MI  with freshly made beef sticks, summer sausage, and jerky.  They have many flavors to pick from and you can find them  on their web site.  Wonderful to have on hand for the Super Bowl this Sunday.

Next is Glen from Jar Head Salsa.  Glen comes to the market from Grand Blanc, MI.  He has fresh salsa and chips for you to purchase and try out.  Great to have on hand this Sunday for the Super Bowl.  You can find out more about them and where you can purchase salsa at from their web site.

Dirt Road Team - Flynn Orchards and Coffeehouse Suds

It is happy Wednesday.  I have two more shops from the Dirtroad Team for you to visit with today.  The first is Flynn Orchards.  Bonnie and her husband own a farm in the upper part of Michigan.  This busy couple grows their food, can it and sell not only on the internet but at a lot of local farm markets.  Bonnie not only cans and bakes in their USDA Certified kitchen she makes fingerless gloves and heat therapy bags.  Their Etsy shop is filled with cookies, flavored marshmallows, jams and jelly.  Good food will be found here.



The next shop is Coffeehouse Suds. This soap is filled with soap that looks to good to use and beauty products. Suffering from Eczema if it irritates her skin she will not sell it. Most are vegetable bases but some do have goats milk, bees wax and honey in them. You can smell them through the computer they look so wonderful. Great shop to also spent some time in.
